Two paths into the same problem
Fabien came from the technical side of the drone inspection industry, building software at the Fraunhofer Institute and Aibotix before seeing the platform problem firsthand. Brock came from the commercial side, 30 years in geospatial and drone sales at companies like senseFly and Quantum-Systems, watching clients struggle to do anything useful with the data they captured.
Fabien founded Twinsity in 2020 after working at the Fraunhofer Institute and Aibotix, where he watched clients collect extraordinary volumes of drone inspection data with no platform to make sense of it. He built Twinsity to solve the problem he’d seen firsthand.
Brock joined in 2023, bringing 30 years of geospatial and drone industry experience, having scaled commercial operations at senseFly and Quantum-Systems. He’d spent his career watching the same bottleneck from the other side. The fit was immediate.
Led by people who know
this industry from the inside
Fabien founded Twinsity after a career building software at the Fraunhofer Institute and Aibotix. He combines deep expertise in 3D data and computer vision with a practical approach to solving real engineering problems, not theoretical ones.
Brock started as a land surveyor in Australia, working with the equipment in the field before moving into supplying and manufacturing it, scaling commercial operations at senseFly (CHF 1M → 24M) and Quantum-Systems (US$1B+ valuation). Having seen the inspection data problem from both the user’s and the maker’s side, he joined Twinsity in 2023, built the commercial operation from the ground up, and became Co-CEO & MD in Oct 2025.
What we believe
Real problems, real solutions
We came from the drone and geospatial equipment world, supplying the people doing inspections every day. We watched them struggle to turn that data into something usable, so we built the platform that was missing.
Precision over promises
AI accuracy depends on the asset, the data, and the defect, so we don’t lead with a single headline number. We’d rather show you what detection looks like on a real project like yours than tell you what it might do.
Infrastructure that lasts
Our mission is to make physical assets worldwide sustainably safer. Better inspection data means earlier intervention, lower repair costs, and infrastructure that lasts longer for everyone.
Twinsity is a proud participant of the SPRINT Robotics Collaborative. Their mission to drive large-scale adoption of robotics for the inspection and maintenance of capital-intensive infrastructure aligns closely with our own. Together we are working to solve the industry’s immediate challenges and shape the future of efficient asset management.
