HOW PRICING WORKS
Your total cost is built from four components
Most customers start with platform access and data upload. AI and extra storage are optional, you only pay for what you actually use.

Platform Access
Monthly or annual billing (Pro and Enterprise save one month with annual). Includes the full Twinsity platform, workspaces, and your included storage allowance.

Data Upload
Charged once per GB when you upload and process inspection data. Prepaid bundles available on Pro and Enterprise for budget certainty.

Data Storage
Active storage is included in Pro and Enterprise plans. Additional active storage and long-term archive storage available at low monthly rates.

AI: Optional
AI defect detection is entirely optional. Usage-based inference (pay per GB) is available on all tiers. AI model subscriptions for unlimited use are available on Pro and Enterprise.
